Drill the undrillable

Childbirth, neonatal codes, and peripartum arrests are rare and high-stakes — nearly impossible to stage live. Here, every student runs them on demand.

Protocol-accurate

Every decision is checked against LA County EMS protocols, with immediate teaching — so students learn it the way they'll be held to it.

Consistent for everyone

The same calls, feedback, and teaching points for your whole cohort — not a different experience depending on the day.

What it is

Deliver It! puts each learner on the rig for a shift of randomized OB, neonatal, and maternal-cardiac emergencies, built on LA County EMS treatment protocols. They pick their scope, work each call step by step, and get immediate, protocol-based feedback — with an ACLS cardiac track for paramedics.

How it works

Pick your scope — play as an EMT or a Paramedic, and the calls and decisions adjust to what you're licensed to do.
19 randomized call types — imminent delivery, breech, cord prolapse, nuchal cord, shoulder dystocia, previa vs. abruption, ectopic, postpartum hemorrhage, eclampsia, neonatal resuscitation, twins, and maternal cardiac arrest with a live animated EKG.
No two calls the same — every patient is generated fresh: age, gestational age, history, and vitals change every run, so learners can't memorize their way through.
Work the whole call — stage your equipment before arrival, delegate to a partner whose skill grows with you, score the APGAR yourself, and transmit the hospital radio report.
Protocol-based feedback — every decision is scored against protocol with immediate teaching. Critical errors carry weight, and a Medical Director Confidence meter can end the shift early.
Debrief after every call — outcomes for mother and baby, what you missed and why, scene time, and the key teaching points; a full run sheet and grade close out the shift.
Progress that sticks — XP, levels, badges, daily missions, and three difficulty tiers from Rookie to Expert (vague dispatch, equipment failures, and the advanced twin delivery).
For programs & departments

A standardized trainer for the calls you can't stage

Live OB and neonatal scenarios are hard to drill and harder to standardize. Deliver It! gives every learner the same structured, protocol-accurate reps on demand — in lab, as homework, or at the firehouse.

Consistent across the cohort — every learner is held to the same protocol standard and teaching points, even as each patient generates differently.
Protocol-accurate, and tailorable — built on LA County protocols, and can be adapted to your agency's local protocols.
Built-in debrief — each shift ends with a scorecard and run sheet that reinforces the teaching for you.
Runs anywhere — any browser, any device, no install — assign it as homework or run it in the lab.

Who it's for
Built for the people who train responders
EMT & paramedic programsGive every student reps on OB and neonatal emergencies the curriculum can't easily drill.
Departments & EMS agenciesStandardize how crews train for low-frequency, high-stakes peripartum calls.
Individual providersBuild confidence for the calls you rarely run but can't afford to get wrong.

The goal

Build confident, protocol-accurate decision-making for some of the highest-stakes, lowest-frequency calls in EMS — long before anyone has to run one for real.
