Tap the patient's eyes (or Check pupils) to open them and look at the pupils. Scene time runs three times faster than real time, so one breath every 6 seconds on scene is about one squeeze every 2 real seconds. The clock slows to real time while you suction and pauses completely while you size an adjunct.
